One of our 2 beds arrived with parts that wouldn't fit together. We called Problem Solvers to report this and they immediately sent us a return label and got a replacement shipped out. Customer Service person I spoke to was very friendly.

I wish this dog bed, which I've owned previously, were a bit more well made. Like once it's all screwed together, sometimes they can have a bit of a slant instead of standing up squarely on all 4 legs. It stays together fine...even with a big dog, but I want it to be straight!

Got this for my Aussie, since we live in Southern California and have more warm than cold weather. Have had two Aussie's and both of them have really liked this bed. I certainly would believe you couldn't go wrong with this bed. The one thing that could be improved would be the frame so that when you pick it up it would stay square and not twist.

This is the fourth one I've purchased. Two Medium and now two large. The dogs love to stand on them during rainy or snowy weather to stay off the wet ground. They even eat the snow off them. They are a treasure. My other large which is outside in the weather all the time is five years old. I just had to redo the stitching on one end but after five years in the weather that's pretty good.

I have three of these, two medium and one large. The large one is in the back yard where the dogs, sometimes three at a time (small breed) sit or stand on it rather than on the wet ground when it rains and snows. I have to replace the cover on it because the stitching gave out after five years in the sun and weather. The medium ones are on the back porch and are always in demand. My dogs love them!

It was bigger than I thought it would be. Great for a big dog. Unfortunately, one of the pieces was defective and the one they sent to replace it was the wrong one. So I still haven't been able to use it.
