Turning the tumbler aerates your compost easily to prevent odors and to provide beneficial microbes their preferred working conditions. The dark green UV-resistant plastic absorbs and retains the sun’s heat to speed composting. The tumbler’s drum is made from recycled plastic which turns easily on a steel axle and aluminum frame.
