Comments about Tomato Stand:
The plants go in easily as long as you are careful not to break the stems. The three additional ports near the top are great for herbs. The planter becomes very heavy after all of the dirt is added and even heavier after you water. The top is a little difficult to put in place due to the weigh of the planter--it gets a little out of round, and must be round to make the top fit. A little push and pull and I got it in place. Fortunately the top does not need to be removed to water the planter. There is a convenient large hole in the top for this. So far it is nice not having the plants on the ground. This has been a very 'rabbity' year and I think that my plants would have all been eaten by this point in time. I recommend this product for anyone who has a place to hang it. The enclosed hanging hook must be placed in something that can withstand about 50 pounds of planter weight when full of dirt and water.
Great
It works, hangs nicely from the deck and hope to get some tomatoes from it!
