This versatile device features a built in motion sensor; simply perch the Light Owl on the floor near your bed and it will light up the area around you when you get up. And because it is battery powered, you can travel with it to use as a guide in dark unfamiliar hotel rooms. Set the automatic shut-off timer to one of three different settings (20, 60, or 90 seconds), or simply set it for continuous light. Built in dimmer function allows you to control the light intensity.
